How to cancel automatic renewal of my membership?

To cancel automatic renewal of your CREATR membership you can do so through the account section.  

Follow these steps to cancel your automatic renewal:

1. Login to your CREATR Profile 
2. Click the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page once you're logged in
3. Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu
4. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page
5. Select the red Cancel button 
6. Confirm cancelation by selecting "Cancel this subscription" 

For in-app subscriptions through Apple or Google Play, cancelations can be managed through the respective App stores in the subscription sections.
