How do I get a refund?
*Please note that you will need to have completed your purchase through the CREATR website via a web browser within the last 30 days in order to complete a refund and that there are no partial refunds for any unused parts of your Creatr membership.
If you'd like to request a refund, please see follow the steps below to do so:
- Login to your CREATR Profile
- Click the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page once you're logged in
- Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page
- Select the red Cancel button
- Confirm cancelation by selecting "Cancel this subscription"
